How can I pay?

The preferred method of payment is by credit card through the online shopping cart process.

For schools and other educational institutions, payment by cheque is possible.  Please note, however, that the order will not be processed until the cheque has been received and cleared.

Payment Security

Haemata Ltd utilises the services of WorldPay  to process customer payments on our behalf.  WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world.

Transaction Encryption

The transfer of the purchase details from the Haemata site to WorldPay are encapsulated using our own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.

Security for you

Any communication between you and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser using 128 Bit SSL. You are also protected from fraudulent use of your card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for you to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Data Storage

Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.

How long will it take to receive the goods?
 

Shipping times
Within New Zealand allow up to ten (10) working days from confirmation of order.

Outside of New Zealand allow up to 15 working days from confirmation of order.

Goods will be dispatched through New Zealand Post using the standard postage service. The weight and size of your purchase and your location is used to calculate the cost using standard New Zealand Post postage charges.  Please contact us directly if you have any special shipping requirements.

Stock, Information and Prices

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.  All the prices shown on this site are inclusive of GST at 12.5%.  Prices remain valid as published on the web site and we reserve the right to change our prices from time to time.

While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Haemata Ltd will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information contained herein, except where provided for by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Dispatch Policy

Goods are normally dispatched within ten (10) working days of receiving your order and payment. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within ten (10) working days, we will contact you by phone or e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. If your order is cancelled, your payment will be refunded in full.
 

Our Returns Policy

If goods purchased are defective or faulty in any way please notify us immediately. We will exchange the goods in full and cover the associated shipping costs.

Please choose goods carefully as we do not provide refunds because you have changed your mind.

Please contact us if you wish to exchange your goods.

Haemata Ltd will fulfil our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Privacy Notice

We do not pass on any of your information to anyone else. We will use your personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. From time to time we may send you product information (including special offers) by email. If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list please contact us and we will remove you from our list.  As required by the Privacy Act 1993 you may also check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time.
